Tina Elderbaum, MPT was trained under Elizabeth Noble, physical therapist and founder of the Women's Health section of the APTA. She treats women with incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal & postnatal conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, osteoporotic women, and post menopausal women. She uses biofeedback, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, massage/myofascial release, bladder retraining, neuromuscular reeducation and home exercises as part of her treatment plan. Tina and Lorie have recently developed an Osteoporosis Program at TLC. Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular Rehabilitation is a form of Physical Therapy that utilizes specific exercises to retrain the vestibular system. People with vestibular disorders may experience vertigo, dizziness, light-headedness, motion sensitivity, balance problems, a false sense of movement, difficulty focusing on objects or words while in motion, or just a vague feeling of imbalance.

At TLC we will perform a comprehensive one hour evaluation to diagnose the possible cause of the problem and design a treatment program to address the deficits. Our therapist are specially trained to diagnose and treat vestibular disorders and will work closely with your referring physicians to ensure you receive the highest quality of care.

Treatment may consist of one or more of the following:

Epley Maneuver (CRM)
Brisk maneuver
Adaptation Exercises
Habituation Exercises
Gaze Stabilization Exercises

Balance & Stabilization Excercises
Brandt-Daroff Exercise (HEP)
Motion Sensitivity Exercises
Generalized Strengthening

Our Physical Therapists not only "practice" physical therapy, they "live and breathe it", resulting in great outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
